English service guide and inquiry
End-to-end China sourcing, with decisions you control.
A multi-stage programme connects supplier discovery, evidence review, quotations, samples, production checks and shipping preparation. ChinaConnect247 coordinates the agreed work; you retain approval of suppliers, specifications, orders, providers and spending.
For a buyer who needs continuity across several sourcing stages, including an existing supplier or private-label project. If you need only a supplier review or one inspection, start with that focused scope instead.

Milestones that need your approval
The programme is a sequence of decisions, not an authorization to buy or ship automatically. Your proposal identifies the evidence needed at each milestone and who can release the next stage.
- Milestone

- Product specification, destination, budget, target quantity and candidate criteria.
- Your decision

Scope and practical next steps
01Define a programme that can stop or change course
Start with a written brief and a first decision. A product can change, a supplier can be rejected or the project can stop after research. Agree how scope changes, delays and new provider costs will be handled before committing to later stages.
- Set product variants, destination, supplier count, coordination period and reporting milestones.
- Name the decision owner and agree how approvals will be recorded.
- Separate research findings, supplier claims and independently checked evidence.
02Keep responsibilities visible
Usman Yousaf / StructuredLayer coordinates the brief, evidence, approved providers and progress updates. The supplier is responsible for the product and contractual commitments. Inspectors, laboratories, freight providers and customs specialists perform their appointed roles.
- You approve specifications, purchases, sample acceptance and financial commitments.
- The proposal identifies which provider is contracted by whom and who pays each charge.
- Clarify the contracting entity, payment beneficiary, quality agreement and escalation process.
03Prepare production, shipment and receiving together
A promised production date is not a shipment plan. Work backwards from sample approval, product requirements, packaging, inspection readiness and destination arrangements. Confirm the Incoterm, named location and version with the supplier; it does not replace the sales contract.
- Record production dependencies and a plan for defects or missed milestones.
- Confirm who arranges freight, insurance, customs, duties, local receiving and storage.
- Keep payment terms, ownership, dispute terms and product acceptance conditions explicit.
What you receive
- A scoped programme plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and approval points.
- Supplier and quotation comparisons, sample/inspection plans and evidence updates where included.
- An issue and decision log showing open questions, changes and the next approval needed.
- Shipping-document and receiving preparation within the agreed coordination scope.
What to prepare for your brief
- Product specification, reference links, variants and branding goals.
- Destination, approximate order quantity and available budget/currency.
- Existing suppliers, sample status, target date and current unresolved issues.
- Who can approve decisions, and which stages you want coordinated.
Quotation method and indicative fees
The end-to-end sourcing and launch programme range is an indicative programme scope, not a standard fee for every order. Production/logistics coordination is a narrower existing service. The written proposal states the stages, coordination period, deliverables, fee schedule and outside-provider charges; do not add the two ranges together as a default package.
- End-to-end sourcing and launch programme
- US$5,000-US$50,000
- Production and logistics coordination
- US$1,500-US$15,000
Indicative USD ranges from our Services & Pricing page. Your written quotation controls the fee, deliverables, payment arrangements and separate charges.
Timing and readiness
A programme can take months. Sample revisions, tooling, testing, production readiness, inspection findings and transport availability affect the schedule. We quote milestone timing after clarifying the brief; the initial 1–2 working day reply is not programme delivery.

- Product purchases, samples, tooling, laboratory tests, travel, inspections, freight, duties, insurance and storage are included only when expressly listed in the quotation.
- Coordination does not make ChinaConnect247 the manufacturer, carrier, customs broker or importer of record.
- No guarantee of supplier performance, clearance, delivery dates, sales or profit. Changes and additional work require approval.
Questions about end-to-end sourcing
Can I join with a supplier already selected?
Yes. Start with your current documents, quotations, samples and concerns. We can scope the remaining stages and identify gaps rather than repeat work that is already evidenced.
Do I have to commit to a full launch?
No. The proposal can cover a first stage with later decisions left open. You can pause or stop; the agreement defines fees already earned, committed provider costs and any cancellation terms.
Will you place orders and pay suppliers for me?
Sending a brief does not authorize purchases or transfers. The written agreement must identify who contracts, places orders and pays each party, with your approval before commitments.
How are problems handled during production?
Record the deviation against the approved specification, request an agreed corrective action and decide whether new evidence or another inspection is needed. A supplier promise alone does not close the issue.
