- A separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement may be needed before sensitive information is shared. A form checkbox is not a fully executed standalone NDA.
- Confidentiality does not prevent truthful disclosures required by law, advertising regulations or platform policies.
- The final service agreement defines scope, fees, permitted creative use, refund conditions, creator payments and publication responsibilities.
